Disclaimer: I am in no way an expert in fitness and neither do I mean to consult someone on the topic. This is purely to share my experiences about my weight loss journey and getting myself back on track.
So what did I do in the first month in the gym?
I began with doing about 40 minutes of cardio and 20 mins of floor exercises on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. And on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I would do weight training. I also started my month with a lot of green juice but I kind of got bored of it on around the 18th. But then I started mixing things up every morning and I kind of like my breakfast habits right now. So I try to eat cereals for a couple of days, then I eat fruits on another couple of days and on the rest of the days I generally have a green smoothie. I think I am going to stick to it for a while now!
Next thing I changed was my intake of water. I never believed in the fact that having 8 glasses of water would really help me. And so I try to drink a mixture of different liquids with regular water like coconut water, fresh juices and similar stuff.
I can see a lot has changed when it comes to my skin and my hair but physically I would still wait till the end of this month to put up a before and after picture.
So for the month for July, I would be taking up the Squat Challenge and hope that I would stick to it till the end of the month.
