I cannot believe yet another month has passed by! By the time you'll be reading this, I'll be celebrating my little brother's birthday who just turns 16! I feel so old though, hahah. So today I'm here to tell you guys about how exciting November has been.

1. To start with I finally got a hang of healthy eating. Though I do have a sneaky nutella milkshake or maybe a cookie some days, but mostly I have been really good. I want to make healthy eating a lifestyle. I have just taken a first step but something is better than nothing right?

2. Remember how I had my exams about a month ago? Yeah, I got my results for them and guess who got a first class? Yup me! (Saying this in the most Monica tone possible!) I was so glad that I got the results as per my hard work and now hopefully I'll work harder to get a distinction next time.

3. I finally took my first step towards my future. I cannot disclose anything more than this and I promise I'll reveal more in the upcoming months. But I am super proud for taking the first step just because I was so scared about it and I was second guessing it. I thought doing it would relieve me a but now I am more nervous than ever. I would take that as a good thing.

4. A little update about me leaving out conditioners - It is going great! My hair has never felt so good in such a long time. If you have really fine hair or you have really long hair you should most probably skip conditoner as to be honest you don't really need it.

5. Also, I would be a graduate 4 months from now! How awesome is it going to be entering into a world full of bills and responsibilities! (not as happy about that though!)

For December my only goal is to learn how to cook healthy. So expect a lot more recipes in the new year!

Until next time,
Sharmi Shah

Hola to all the folks here that stay incredible with our INOUI babe, Sharmi.

Sameera here from DYNAMIQUE BLOG and I am so excited to bring you my daily make up routine.

I have wanted to do a face of the day post ever since we launched our blog but it has never quite fit in.

So lets get started, I hope you like it.

My go to makeup routine takes literally five minutes and it works on emphasizing my features rather than cover them.

My known beauty trend is my contour which I will share below. It is so easy and the perfect couple of steps if you are in a rush and wanted a slay cheekbone.

These are all the makeup bits that I used for this routine.

I usually experiment with different products but usually it is similar to these.

 Starting from the top left;
Rimmel London STAY MATTE in 005 SILKY BEIGE
Maybelline New York Lash Sensational
Essence XXXL Nude Lip Gloss
Essence clear brow gel
Rimmel London MATCH PERFECTION concealer in 060 NATURAL BEIGE
Rimmel London Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer in 212 Rich Brown
Maybelline New York BROW Satin Medium Brown
HOURGLASS Ambient Lighting Palette
LOREAL PARIS Skin Perfection
Aesop PARSLEY SEED Anti-oxidant serum

The brushes are just some that I have collected over the years and I am comfortable using for my face shape.

There is just a fluffy blush brush
A buffing brush
A smaller sized blush brush
A spooley

STEP 1: Skin Prep
I have been using the Aesop Serum sample under my moisturiser since the the 2015 end of Australian winter. I use it to balance out my skin as the Australian climate can be harsh. I use three small dots of the Skin Perfection over the serum and make sure I pat in the formula. I leave this to set for a minute. This is the most crucial step to my makeup. It is a make sure step that ensures my skin looks on point and my makeup looks flawless.

STEP 2: Conceal
I have natural dark circles and when I was younger I literally had white undereyes because I tried to cover them. Then I visited a Mecca Maxima make up counter to get a colour match and they showed me how to work with my dark circles. What I do now is literally dot 4 dots under my dark circles with the MATCH PERFECTION. I then take a dot of my NARS tinted moisturiser and blend the concealer. I never hide my dark circles but use this step to enhance the top of my cheekbones. I use my dark circles as a natural smokey eye. I use the STAY MATTE to set this.

STEP 3: Brows
I used the new Maybelline Product to do this step. I really like this product. It is cheap and convenient and does the job well.

STEP 4: It is CONTOUR + highlight time
Contour is my favourite thing ever. If I had to have just two products in my collection it would be a grey toned bronzer and a brow product. I love contouring and highlighting. It just shapes my face and as I have gotten better at it, it has become a statement look for me. Cream contour takes incredible time and needs time to perfect so this is an easy go to.

I start with a grey toned bronzer. Here I used the TopShop one. I swirl the small blush brush in the product and apply it under my cheek bones right at the start of my cheekbones towards my ear. This is your contour base.

I then take this same colour on my forehead and under my neck. So with this contour colour you are trying to make shape and define your features. I then continue with the Sportsgirl marble bronzer and I use this almost as a blush. I use the fluffy blush brush and I take it from the apples of my cheeks back towards my ear. The key to this bronzer is you want to make sure that the colour is vibrant, dewy and luxurious unlike the grey base. The grey which defines and the marble gives you the glow and enhances the contour. I then take the middle highlight from the Hourglass palette with the same fluffy brush and take that on the top of my cheekbones and and under my brow bone.

STEP 5: Finishing the eyes
The makeup is almost done. I just put mascara on when I feel like it and then for this makeup look I took the Rimmel London eye definer underneath my eyes just for a little play.

I then popped on a little lip gloss and I was ready to go.

5 steps in 5 minutes that give a killer cheek bone and doesn’t make you feel so caked up and gets you going for the day.

I would love to see your take on this makeup look so if you do attempt make sure to share and tag me on Instagram @dynamiqueblog or Twitter @DYNAMIQUEblog

I really hope all you lovelies like this.

Thank you for having me here again and reading.

Since the day that I started applying makeup properly, I learned that bronzing and blushing are two of the most important steps in one's routine. They add the necessary colour and definition to one's face. For Bronzers I have never used any but powder ones and though I want to give other formulas a try, I think I am pretty content with my choices for now. Currently for a bronzer I am using this one from an Australian cosmetics company Australis. I have couple more untouched ones in my 'to try' basket but more on them later. For Blushers, I probably have tried all the formulas other than the liquid ones. I think I'll always be torn between baked and cream ones. Though right now I am using a cream blusher by Revlon in Flushed. It is the prettiest pink colour and as you can see in the picture above, it adds such a pretty glow to the face too!

Let me know about your current Blush and Bronze combination in the comments below.

India doesn't have winters where you can play with different layers or have cozy evenings at starbucks. But that doesn't mean we can't play around with accessories. I have been seeing these thigh high boots everywhere and they look so stunning. Below are some photos which gives me a basic idea as to how I can style them with short summer dress, or skirts or over-sized jumpers.

Which fashion trends are you loving currently?

I have always been a fan of dewy and fuss free makeup.I am not a huge fan of makeup that looks too matte. I was very comfortable with using a BB cream as a base but then came a time when I got really bored. Revlon had recently released it's nearly naked foundation in India and as I was feeling quite brave I knew I had to buy it. The decision was very risky as I wasn't sure if the shade would even match. But as it turns out, it was a perfect match! I am so in love with this foundation. It doesn't feel heavy at all and it's quite build-able. A little goes a long way with this one. The only issue I have is, it doesn't have a pump and so sometimes there's a lot more out product then you expect. Also, for some reason there are only 3 shades available. Saying all that I think it's a pretty good product for the price.

I am on the lookout for new foundations, so leave all your recommendations in the comments below.

Until next time,

If someone asks me about my favourite body part, my answer would always be 'my hair'. I have always had an amazing relationship with my hair. I rarely change my hair care routine and I don't like to try too many products for my hair. If I would like something I would use it for at least a couple of years before I start looking for something else. I have never come across a dry shampoo that actually works for me. It either would leave a really bad white stain or make my hair greasy. I kind of gave up on finding one that would work for me. But then, I spotted this dry shampoo by DOVE at a departmental store in Dubai. I thought why not give yet another one a try. The risk completely paid off! I love it! It makes my hair look really fresh, doesn't leave a white residue and smells great. I just regret not buy any backups!

Let me know your suggestions on any good dry shampoo in the comments below.

When it comes to interiors, I love something that is simple with a rustic feel. I don't like too many colours or prints in one room. I would not be able to function if I had a pink room with purple interior! It's just not me. If I had to design my house, the major inspiration would be drawn from Greece. Although I have never been there, I love their houses, the way they are decorated. They just feel so cozy! So today I am sharing with you some pictures from where I am definitely inspired.

Colorbar Waterproof eyeshadow stick in Blush 002
Colorbar Waterproof eyeshadow stick in Dream 007
Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in Blackest Black
Lakme 9 to 5 Lip Liner in Beige Pink
Maybelline White Superfresh Compact in Shell

I went makeup shopping yet again! YES! AGAIN! I just posted a haul about a couple of weeks ago and here I am sharing another haul again! It's just too tempting. I went on to buy a lip liner and a black pencil liner and ended up buying a compact powder, two eye shadow crayons, one lip liner and one black pencil liner. As much as I complain, I think this isn't going to end anytime soon. Also, I don't even know how many times I am going to mention this, but I am having so much fun with creating new content for the blog!

Have you bought anything recently?

Since I have been on a journey to get fit, I learned that it's not enough to just workout everyday. The workout would mean nothing if I am constantly stressed or I am always in a negative state of mind. To be healthy with my mind and body is something that I want to incorporate into my lifestyle before I move in to the real world in April next year. I feel like although I am not too regular with it yet, I am being as constant as I can. I think waking up everyday with a positive mindset is the best way to start your day. I like to keep a journal where I write about my positives for the day. When you're only looking for the positive moments, you don't even realize that you had any negative ones. Working out is another important aspect to lead a healthy life. It doesn't have to be a hardcore gym workout. It can be yoga, dancing, pilates, jogging or even just a walk in the park. You just have to keep moving in that hour that's it! Eating healthy and staying hydrated are the best things you can ever do to your body. Outer appearance is nothing without inner health. If you're sick all the time, it would definitely show up on your face which is not so great if you're a working individual. As the saying goes, you are what you eat. Eating healthy does not mean to completely throw out your favourite foods, but just cutting back and adding fresh fruits and veggies to your daily meal plan. Most importantly, doing what you love is an essential element to live a healthy and content life. If you're not happy with what you're doing then talk to someone who can help you figure your problems out. This does not mean giving up an entire university degree just because one topic is so hard to understand. Learn to work your way around difficult situations. And last but not the least, sleep well. For anyone who's above 16, 7-9 hours of sleep is a must. Your body with your mind, needs rest too.

I hope this little post proves to be helpful to you guys in some way.
What is your favourite kind of workout?

As it's a new month, it's time for a little shuffle in the makeup department. As mentioned in my previous posts, I finally bought a foundation. For base I have been reaching for Revlon's Nearly Naked foundation, which is very dewy and it's very build-able. I then follow up with the L'oreal Mat Magique powder to set the foundation. I am currently loving Revlon's blush in Flushed. I think cream blushes are the best invention ever as they look so natural on you. For eyes, I have finally moved on from the Maybelline Palette to Lakme's eye shadow Quad in Desert Rose. All the colours are so perfect for indiviadual use or using them all for a burgundy smokey eye. For eyeliner and mascara, they are the same as last month's: Maybelline Hyper Gloss eyeliner and Model Co. mascara. I don't think I am going to use the same lip colour through out the month, but I am loving Glamor Fuchsia by L'oreal Paris a lot right now.

I was a bit too careful with makeup before but I am having the best time in experimenting. I am still at the initial stage although on the other hand I have been hauling a lot and I simply cannot wait for the stuff to make it's way onto the blog.

Since I am getting into foundations a lot, I would love for your recommendations on the same. Let me know your reviews in the comments below.

Until next time,

Winter has always been a season that I favourite the most. I love cozy mornings and cold evenings. Contrary to the popular belief I tend to be a lot more productive during Winters than I am ever during Summers. It's my dream to spend a white Christmas in London and New York some day just because it all looks so darn magical. I think the way we wear sweaters has changed a lot over the years. From limiting it to just winters we even started wearing them during summers, styling them with cut off shorts and converse. Also, they are so versatile now, you can layer them with different accessories or wear the longer ones with knee high boots, it all depends on your personal style.

Let me know how you style your winter clothes in the comments below.

Until next time,

October has been a month where I just reached for my old favourites. Also, I didn't change around my makeup or skincare a lot this month so I only have a few favourites to share with you guys.

1. Simple Skincare Toner: This stuff is a life saver. I have been in love with this since three years now and I am so bummed India doesn't stock it for the original prices. I just did a full review on this one which you can read here.

2. L'oreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil: As I mentioned in the last post here, I made a major change in my hair care routine. I am going to stop using conditioner after I shampoo and instead use hair serums or something like this L'oreal Oil. Since making the change I have seen a lot more volume in my hair and a lot of texture. I am almost on the verge of finishing this one though. So feel free to suggest some amazing oils in the comments below.

3. Bio Oil: What's not to love here. I initially bought this because I noticed some stretch marks around my thighs when I got back into fitness. I've heard that massaging the area with bio oils helps erasing them. Now because I am still losing weight I think all I have noticed are minor changes, but then I read that it is also great to even out your skin tone. And since then I have been using it on my face, all the discolouration has disappeared. This stuff is a miracle I tell you.

4. Revlon Photo Ready Blush in Coral Reef 300: I have a feeling that I have mentioned this one before in a favourites but I have been using this one everyday this month. It gives me the most natural blushed look and I like how build-able it is. I think this has to be my favourite blush that I own.

5. Lily Pebbles: I never thought I would have a favourite human being on a favourites ever, but here it is. I have been obsessed with her blog and her channel during the whole of October. Would you believe if I say that I finished watching her Vlogmas from last year in a span of two days. Maybe I would start my very own YouTube channel one day!

What's your most favourite thing this month?
Share your answers with me in the comments below.

Until next time,
